Do you offer any other discounts?

Substantial military discounts are available at all area bases ITT or MWR offices. We also offer a $3.00 discount for up to 5 people when a military ID is presented at the admission windows.

Do you accept cash?

We are cashless throughout the park, including entry fees. You may, however, load funds onto a wristband at the “Splash Cash” booth located at the front of the park. You must obtain refunds at that same booth before you exit the park before exiting for the day.

May I bring outside food or beverage items into the park?

We do not allow outside food or beverages. You may have your hand stamped at the exit gate to leave and re-enter the park. We offer a wide variety of reasonably priced food and beverage options.

What are your entry prices?

Entry for guests above 50 inches tall is $49.99 online or $52.99 at the gate. Guests 35-50 inches tall, and the senior rate is $42.99. Guests below 35 inches tall are admitted free of charge.

Does a two year old have to pay?

Children below 35 inches are admitted FREE. Those above 35 inches tall will discover our Tadpole Hole and Skull Island, which are fun-filled attractions designed for little ones.

Do I have to pay if I don’t ride the rides, or if I’m pregnant?

Everyone must pay an admission fee. We have a relaxing Lazy River attraction, soothing Wave Pool, shaded lounging and plenty of sun.

Do you have shaded areas?

We have many tables with umbrellas, many shaded areas and large gazebos located in the park.

When is the best time to visit Shipwreck?

All of the spring dates and mid to late August are the slowest times. During the summer, the slowest days are usually Sundays and Fridays.

Can we bring floaties, life jackets or blowup toys?

Only Coast Guard approved life jackets are allowed. We have life jackets available throughout the park for use on the day of visit. We also offer free tubes for use in the Lazy River and Wave Pool as well as the slides that require them. Smaller tubes, labeled Lil’ Shippers, are also available for infants and small children.

May I reserve a table or lounge chair?

Tables, lounge chairs and chairs throughout the park are available on a “first come, first-serve basis”. We also offer private cabana rentals. The rates and information are available when the 2024 Season begins.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Lightning does occur occasionally in our area. Our safety team will temporarily close the attractions, and re-open them when the weather moves out of our area.

Do you have height restrictions on any rides?

The Great Shipwreck, The Raging Rapids and Tree Top Drop attractions require a 48-inch minimum to ride. The Pirates Race kids slide requires a 40-inch minimum to ride.

Do you page for people?

Sorry, we do not page for individuals. We recommend you designate the large flagpole as a meeting place if someone gets separated. Our staff has been well trained on how to re-unite children with their families or chaperones

Do you have changing rooms?

Yes, we have changing areas inside our big bath house.

Do you have lockers?

Yes, we have 3 different size capacity lockers for rent. The regular is $12, medium $15 and jumbo $18.

What is Splash Cash?

Rather than carry a wallet with credit cards or cash around all day, we allow you to purchase Splash Cash (a wristband debit card). You can purchase Splash Cash with a Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card or cash to pay for food, drinks or merchandise from our Ship’s Store. We’ll refund your unused Splash Cash at the end of the day before you exit the park.

Do you have a lost and found?

Lost items are turned in daily. Please check in with Guest Relations at the front of the park. You can call 850-867-5891 to inquire about lost items when the park is not open in the daytime.

Do you have family or individual season passes?

Individual passes only.

When are you open and what hours?

Our operating schedule and hours varies from the spring, to summer, to late summer, mostly based on the school calendar. The answer can be found by scrolling straight up to the calendar. You can also check for changes on www.facebook.com/shipwreckisland.

Do you offer a 2-day pass?

Yes, our 2nd day pass is heavily discounted at the price of $29.99. The pass must be purchased before you leave for the day at the “Splash Cash” booth located at the front of the park. You can use that pass for a single visit anytime during the rest of our season.
