For safety reasons, alcoholic beverages are not allowed in ride queues.
DO YOU ALLOW ANIMALS IN THE PARK?

Shipwreck Island Waterpark strictly prohibits animals of any kind from entering the premises, including but not limited to dogs, cats, rabbits, gerbils, lizards, snakes, pigs, hamsters, turtles, birds, tarantulas, rats, mice, monkeys, ferrets, and mini-horses. The only exceptions are legally-defined service dogs or animals required by law to assist individuals with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act or other applicable laws.

Guests claiming to have a legally qualifying service dog must provide verification of its legitimacy. It's important to note that a service animal is defined by law and not by personal preference. Animals providing emotional comfort or personal security do not qualify as legal service animals.
Even if a service animal is verified and permitted to enter the park, guests are responsible for controlling them at all times. Service animals are not allowed on rides or water attractions due to safety and hygiene concerns.
If a service animal poses a threat to persons or property, including being unruly, threatening, or aggressive, the park reserves the right to request its removal from the premises. Guests with service animals are responsible for ensuring they relieve themselves before entering the park and for cleaning up after them if necessary.
Leaving animals in parked cars while visiting the park is strictly prohibited. In such cases, animal control or other government authorities may be contacted, and the vehicle may be forcibly entered to attend to the animal's health or safety needs. Guests will be responsible for all associated costs and may face animal cruelty charges from local authorities.
ARE DRONES ALLOWED IN THE WATERPARK?
The use of drones, whether for photography or any other purpose, within, over, or around Shipwreck Island Waterpark is strictly prohibited unless the user has obtained written, contractual permission for that specific instance from an authorized officer of the waterpark or its parent entity. Violations of this policy may result in immediate ejection from the park, confiscation of the drone, and referral of the matter to the appropriate authorities. Drones pose a significant safety risk to ride operations, park facilities (including electrical infrastructure), and the well-being of our guests and staff.
Furthermore, the use of drones within, over, or around the park constitutes illegal trespass, invasion of privacy, and interference with our operations, which may result in legal action.
